We actively encourage our clients to get involved in project management.
The client has full access to the Omniation Project Tracking System for their project. This enables the client to monitor the progress of their project, from work completed towards achieving high-level goals, down to individual detailed requirements and bug fixes.
Clients can:
- View all active and past work tickets
- Directly create, edit and finalise features, enhancements and bug reports
- Get a comprehensive report of project progress against defined milestones
